IMPORTANT: PrimalFoodStore belongs to a group of trading entities which include Living Proof and Return2Earth.
 
We accept and fulfil online orders received from customers world-wide. New customers should complete a registration form during the order process. Existing registered customers should log-in with their usual email address and password, this will allow PrimalFoodStore.com to process orders for existing customers without them needing to re-enter their name and address information each time they place an order. In addition, registered customers will have access to their order history records in the secure password-protected administration section and to send messages and feedback directly from their Primal Food Store back-office. 
Please note, when placing an order on this web site you are required to provide a physical street address for delivery of your package. We DO NOT authorise packages to be left unattended at any address and we do not deliver to a Post Office Box or 'Care Of' address under any circumstances. A named individual and signature will be required when your package is delivered.

Customer payment options:

1) For residents of the European Union, all import duties and taxes including VAT have been paid if appropriate.

2) All customers have the option of making payment direct from their bank account. Most Banks provide this service to their customers. If you do not use online banking, then you should phone your bank and ask them to make the transfer on your behalf, or call in personally to any branch and make an over the counter payment. You can select this option as your preferred method of payment when you have completed your order.

3) If you wish to pay by Debit or Credit Card (including American Express) then select this option as your preferred method of payment when you have completed your order.

4) If you are outside the UK and wish to pay by International Bank Transfer, please send an email to:

hq@return2earth.net and request our account details that your bank will require.

Our credit/debit card payment processor will check your details to establish you are the owner of the card that you are using for payment. These security checks are designed to protect genuine customers from any unauthorised or fraudulent transactions.

If you are a trade customer, medical practitioner or health care professional you may pay by Bank Transfer (see 1 above), or credit/debit card. Please contact hq@return2earth.net for special trading terms. Terms of payment: Pro-Forma Invoice.

Prices are displayed in GBP Pounds Sterling and include Value Added Tax at the current rate if applicable. Primal Food Store may apply UK VAT at the following rates: Exempt, Zero Rate (0%) and Standard Rate (20%). 

When you receive confirmation of your order, this indicates that we have received your order. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We normally dispatch your order within seven working days of receipt of cleared funds. If your item or items are not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.

IMPORTANT: If you make a payment in Euros, Dollars or currency other than GBP £'s your credit card provider or bank may charge you a fee for converting Euros to Pounds Sterling at an exchange rate applicable to their current published rates.

ORDER FULFILMENT: Customers who are resident in the UK benefit from a low, all in one flat-rate charge for postage, packing, insurance, ROYAL MAIL tracked and signed for on delivery of: GBP £3.90 per order. For other countries, shipping charges will be quoted on the shopping cart before you make payment. All orders we dispatch require a signature on delivery without exception - for your security and ours. We do not authorise any shipping agent to leave a package unattended at the delivery address.

Returned or faulty goods from Customers who live OUTSIDE the European Union can only be accepted if they have a RETURNS NUMBER attached. Please contact the above address to request a returns number before returning any goods.

All credit and debit card transactions are processed by a third party Bank for your convenience and security. Primal Food Store has NO access to your credit/debit card or bank details at any time. The financial information you provide when finalising your transaction is entered on a third party secure payment processing server away from this web site. Pricing on this web site is displayed in Pounds Sterling.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee if for any reason, you receive faulty goods. To claim a refund, please contact PrimalFoodStore.com BEFORE RETURNING ANY GOODS.

We strongly advise all customers to check with Customs and other relevent Regulatory Agencies in their own country before ordering goods from this web site. PrimalFoodStore.com is not responsible for any duties or import taxes that may be payable.

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when personal details are transferred securely to our 3rd party processor as part of the order transaction.
