These order/shipping procedures apply from 1st JUNE 2022

Orders for UK destinations that include a UK Post Code:

The majority of parcels destined for the UK will be shipped by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Private Carrier. They normally deliver within 2 to 3 working days after your parcel leaves our depot in Surrey, England.

Orders for European Union and other International destinations: IMPORTANT UPDATE - 1st JUNE 2022:

Due to increased levels of security globally, Border Control/Customs may decide to inspect your parcel when it arrives in your country. Primal Food Store are not responsible for any delay, damage or loss that may occur while the goods are in the possession of Border Control or Customs. We recommend that all customers CHECK FIRST that any items they are ordering are not restricted for entry into their country. If they are NOT restricted, they may be subject to import duty or other taxes. Always check first with your Government Agency. 

We recommend customers combine their personal orders with friends, family and colleagues if possible. This will help to minimise shipping costs per item.

All consumable items purchased from Primal Food Store are securely packaged and have a best before date of at least 12 months from date of dispatch.
