Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy:
Customers may return any faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund to the following address;

REFUND POLICY:
If we have delivered faulty goods, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund. You should expect to receive your replacement or refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a replacement or refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank or credit card company (if applicable) to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Your country of residence - shipping:
We deliver orders processed via the Primal Food Store shopping cart to all countries world-wide.

If you advise at the checkout a delivery address anywhere in the UK mainland we dispatch from the UK which means you are not liable for any import duties or taxes. All taxes, VAT and duties (if applicable) have been paid, therefore you will not have any extra payment to make when your order is delivered.

Delivery to countries outside the UK may attract Customs Duties and Import Taxes. Primal Food Store cannot be held responsible for any payment required by your local Customs or other Government agency. We advise that you check with your local tax office or Government agency for advice before placing your order on this web site. Please note, we include with your order a full description of the goods for your Customs/Border Agency including the price you paid in pounds sterling.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your item(s) and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. In any event, we aim to dispatch all orders within seven working days from receipt of cleared funds. All orders require a signature on delivery - we DO NOT authorise unattended packages to be left at any address and we do not deliver to Post Office Box addresses.
